Hi Augie

I tried uploading some new images to my Gallery today, but in both IE and Mozilla it failed to complete?
Any ideas?

Many thanks
Graham

I'll check on this in the next couple of days Graham, been kinda busy, I apologize. If you could tell me what exactly you were doing when this occurred that would be of some assistance to me also. Which gallery were you trying to post in is a great place to start, next what size was your images you were trying to upload? Thanks for reporting this.

Hi Augie
Hope you are well?
No problem, you have lots of great news to get out.

Basically, if I go to My Gallery in my profile section, (link below) and use the browse to navigate to my image, then hit the upload button, it thinks about it, but nothing happens, so basically, it is not uploading the image on command?

Hope that helps?

Graham,

Trying hitting the Preview button and see if they appear.  If not, hit Post anyway and then check.  I've been having the same issue but thought it was due to my lame machine.

Test

Hit Browse, then chose a random pic from my hobby file

Hit Attach This File and nothing, except the Browse box went blank.

Hit Preview and the thmbnail shows up, but kind out in nowheres-ville

Now, below I can see the Add to Post option that has shown up.

Voila!

Hi Tom

How ya doin' bud? Just been watching your tasty video!

Thanks for your input above, but this wasn't to add a photo into a post, it was to add them into my profile Gallery

This has been reported to the software manufacturer, we should get a response and hopefully resolve pretty fast. Usually within 48 hours.

Question for you Graham

Quote

I can't reproduce this issue but does it only occur in IE8? Does it occur when the user has the flash uploader selected, the basic or both?

It's a long shot but I've tried disabling minify. Does that make any difference?
